Returns and reships
If something is wrong with your order, we make it right. Here is exactly how.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Contact us at support@peppedco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the vials, labels and packaging. Once confirmed, we will reship the affected items at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Lot and COA mismatches
If the lot number on your vial does not match a released lot on our Lab Testing page, contact us with a photo of the vial. We will replace or refund it.
Change-of-mind returns
Because we cannot verify how research materials were stored or handled after delivery, we do not accept returns of delivered product for change of mind, and we never resell returned product.
Cancellations
You can cancel any time before your order ships. Unpaid order requests expire automatically after 7 days. Paid orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued within 3 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post the credit.
